1 oz. Seltzer
Muddle strawberries
A few ice cubes
Stir & top off with champagne
Add strawberries on the rim for garnish

Combine & Shake Well
pour into a glass & add a festive Straw

Place ingredients in a shaker.
Shake for 15 seconds without ice.
